Greyhorn Asset Management (Pty) Ltd ("Greyhorn", "we") is an asset manager licensed and regulated by the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) of Botswana. Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Onboarding & FICA information — the details you provide in the Horizon account-opening flow (identity, contact, source of funds, risk profile and consents).
- Portfolio & transaction records — created once your account is funded.
- Technical data — an essential sign-in cookie (see our Cookie Notice). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We never store your payment card details.
How we use your information
To open and administer your account, meet our regulatory and FICA obligations, provide the investor dashboard, communicate with you about your account, and secure the platform.
Retention & security
We protect your account and personal information using strong, industry-standard security measures. We retain personal and regulatory records for as long as required by applicable law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some records must be retained to meet regulatory obligations.
